My name is Pauline Lecuyer. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, couples, and families. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep belief that healing begins in connection with ourselves, with others, and with our stories.
Over the years, I've worked in both private practice and community-based agencies, specializing in children's mental health, family systems, and trauma-informed care. I integrate a variety of evidenced-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and mindfulness-based strategies, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients.
I also bring lived understanding as a parent of two daughters, balancing academic, athletic, and community commitments. This perspective helps me support not only individual clients but also families navigating the pressures of modern life.
When I am not in session, you can find me cheering at the rink, engaging in community initiatives, and exploring new ways to bring mental health support to individuals and families across Ontario.
My commitment is to provide a safe, supportive, and authentic space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward lasting change.
