Services are provided on a Fee-for-Service basis due at the time of your appointment.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is due at the time of session and can be made by e-transfer, credit card, or direct billing. Receipts are provided for insurance and tax purposes. 

​INSURANCE COVERAGE
​Many extended health insurance plans cover services with Registered Psychotherapist. Please check with your provider for details about your coverage. 

Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) coverage is available for eligible First Nations and Inuit clients.  Direct billing is offered through NIHB for approved sessions. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee.
